Pushrr API Gate turns an Android phone into the SMS gateway for your Pushrr account. It sends the messages you queue and forwards the ones it receives.
Requires Android 7.0 or later.
This is an APK you install yourself, not a Play Store app. When you open the file, Android will ask you to allow installs from this source (your browser or file manager). Allow it, then install.
Open the downloaded file and allow installs from this source when Android asks.
Find it in your app drawer and open it.
SMS permissions let the app send and receive messages. Turning off battery optimisation keeps it working in the background.
Go to app.pushrr.online/sms, choose Add device, then scan the QR code with the app.
The app only sends the SMS you queue from your Pushrr account, and forwards the SMS your phone receives to your own Pushrr account.
